  • If you are unable to order a repeat item because a GP review is requested, please order the item using the medication request notes and you will be advised if an appointment is necessary

For your convenience we can arrange for your prescriptions to be collected directly from Lloyds Pharmacy, Boots or Clayfields (by prior arrangement)

Please allow 48 hours between request and collection

For safety reasons it is not possible to accept telephone requests for prescriptions

You will need to contact us to obtain your login and password.  This can be done by phone or in person.

How does it work?

  • Obtain your unique password from us (see above)
  • Visit our website, enter your login name and password
  • You will be asked to change your password - if you forget it we can issue you with a new one.  Once a password has been issued by the practice it is deleted from your patient record, so that no-one apart from yourself will know it
  • Each password is patient specific  We cannot accept orders for multiple patients under one login
  • Once you have submitted your request you will receive confirmation
  • Please allow two working days to process online requests
