registrationComplete the application form available at reception. It is helpful, although not essential , to bring your NHS medical card if you have one

You will be asked to make an appointment for a new patient health check

It is not necessary to always attend the GP with whom you are registered – you may choose to see any of the doctors, and whilst we make every effort to comply with patients’ requests for a preferred doctor this may not always be possible


Temporary residents

If you are away from home and need medical attention you are entitled to see a doctor anywhere in the UK - you will be asked to complete a form which indicates your home address and GP
