New Users

Before you can order your prescriptions, via email, you must register yourself with us.

To do this please send an email to the following address immpscripts@bradford.nhs.uk

Please mark the subject of the email as Prescription Registration, and include the following information.

Name

Address

Contact Number

Date of Birth

Email address

Please note that we will not process prescription requests sent through without a correct registered user id

Existing Users

Please email us directly with your prescription request.

Please mark the subject of the email as Prescription Request, and include the following information

User ID

Medication - Strength and Dose

Where you would like to collect your prescription.

(options are Boots, Clayfields, Moss or at the practice)

Whenever you submit your order you will receive an email confirming that we have received your prescription, this could take up to a day. If however you don't receive confirmation then please contact the surgery
